About the role

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking skilled Brazers to join its production team. You will work on copper and aluminum components for heat exchangers, condensers, and evaporators, creating clean, leak‑free joints that meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform torch brazing on copper and aluminum parts using oxy‑acetylene equipment.
• Assemble components according to engineering drawings and work orders.
• Inspect and repair joints to ensure they meet quality and leak‑free criteria.
• Maintain brazing equipment and follow safe handling and hot‑work procedures.
• Track production metrics and adhere to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to process improvements, and be open to cross‑training.

Required profile

• Proven ability to torch brazing (oxy‑acetylene) and read basic engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail to produce clean, leak‑free joints.
• Experience using measuring tools and identifying/fixing quality issues.
• Commitment to safety standards for hot work and gas equipment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn and improve processes.
• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months of related experience or training preferred.
