About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will craft, film, edit, and publish engaging content while driving audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.
• Graphic design capabilities using Canva or similar platforms.
