Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will interact with customers through chat, email and phone, turning questions into positive experiences while representing our brand across French-speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
