Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Specialist – Temporary (P3) – Lomé, Togo

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Specialist (P3, temporary) to support an integrated programme in Lomé, Togo. Working under the Deputy Representative within the Partnerships Section, the specialist will ensure effective coordination, donor reporting and resource mobilisation across programme areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support oversight of work‑plan targets and financial components, ensuring synergy across programme sections and conducting regular coordination meetings.
• Consolidate, review, edit and finalise donor reports, briefing packs, factsheets and other fundraising materials in line with the country resource‑mobilisation strategy.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation activities, prepare timely results reports and provide technical support for annual, mid‑term and end‑term programme reviews.
• Monitor follow‑up actions from performance reviews and contribute to the Annual Management Plan.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree and several years of experience in programme coordination, donor reporting and resource mobilisation within an international development or humanitarian context.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage budgets and ensure inter‑sectoral collaboration.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
