Project Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

SGF Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure project in Togo, West Africa. You will be responsible for delivering the project on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure works across the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project targets are met.
• Coordinate with local contractors, oversee contract administration, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead negotiations with clients and partners, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project.
• Report progress to senior management and adjust plans as needed to address risks.

Required profile

• Fluency in French, English, and Hebrew.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of infrastructure project management experience in Africa.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to Togo for the duration of the project.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS-Project for scheduling and resource management.
