Digital Assistant (Multi‑Skilled) – International Content & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Digital Assistant to support our fast‑growing international digital business. The role combines content creation, customer support, digital marketing and reporting across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and our digital product funnels. You will work onsite in Lomé and help keep the organisation’s operations fluid and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Centralise information in Google Workspace and Notion, maintain KPI dashboards and track traffic, leads, sales and conversions.
• Support content creation and optimisation in English, schedule posts on Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Write marketing emails, perform basic keyword research and assist SEO efforts.
• Update sales funnels, monitor email performance, verify landing pages and aid product launches.
• Temporarily cover the Pinterest/SEO specialist, digital product creator and marketing support functions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Digital, Communication or equivalent.
• At least two years of professional experience in a similar multi‑skill digital role.
• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) – preferred over French.
• Strong command of digital tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Notion and Canva.
