Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure, and customer base to build a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities and define new product or vertical concepts.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team as the venture scales.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Make data‑driven decisions and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and the executive team.
• Build a venture that could become an independent division or company.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven capability to recruit, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams.
• Highly analytical with strong execution skills.
• Customer‑obsessed and passionate about building products people love.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• AI‑native enthusiasm for working with the latest AI technologies.
• Previous startup experience (founder, early employee, product leader, operator, or investor) is a plus but not required.
