About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual professional to provide non‑voice customer support remotely. You will interact with customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and accurately while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in both French and English.
• Handle customer inquiries, order questions, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
