Motion Graphics Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to turn concepts into dynamic visual content. The role works remotely, collaborating with creative, marketing and video teams to produce animations, explainer videos and social media assets that strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Translate static designs, scripts, and storyboards into captivating motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage with visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design, and color grading.
• Design high‑performing visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), web, and email campaigns.
• Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to iterate designs and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Organize and maintain a clean library of reusable motion templates and project files for recurring campaigns.
• Ensure all motion deliverables adhere strictly to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable NLE).
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, pacing, and typography.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a workstation capable of handling heavy animation workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and handling feedback.
