Planning, Monitoring & Reporting Specialist (P3) – Temporary, Lomé

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Specialist (P3) on a temporary basis to support an integrated project in Lomé, Togo. Working under the Deputy Representative within the Partnerships Section, the specialist will help ensure programme coherence, donor accountability and effective resource mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated programme work plans and financial tracking, ensuring synergy across UNICEF sections.
• Organise regular programme team meetings to review targets, financial use and inter‑sectoral collaboration.
• Consolidate, edit and finalise donor reports, briefing packs, factsheets and other resource‑mobilisation materials in line with the country strategy.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities, prepare timely results reports and support annual and mid‑term programme reviews.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree and several years of experience in programme coordination, monitoring & evaluation, and donor reporting.
• Proven ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex project documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and data synthesis.
