SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead our organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our keyword strategy, optimise on‑page elements, and manage PPC campaigns to maximise ROI while enhancing overall search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery and expansion to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Launch, monitor and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC performance and SEO metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword strategies and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements in organic traffic and paid‑search ROI.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript development constraints is a plus.
