Agent Commercial (H/F) – Services de mobilité et livraison

About the role

Waadoo Technologies is expanding its mobility and on‑demand delivery platform and is looking for dynamic commercial agents to promote its services across Lomé and surrounding areas. The role involves direct interaction with potential users, partners and drivers to grow the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Waadoo’s suite of services, including car‑pooling, grocery runs, meal and parcel delivery.
• Develop and retain a client portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Recruit new users such as customers, drivers, couriers and business partners.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest field actions to improve market positioning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on service quality.
• Self‑motivated, organized and responsive.
• Previous experience in sales or field prospecting is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools (smartphone, tablet, mobile applications).
