Business Developer – Mobility & Vehicle Rental

About the role

CFAO Mobility Togo is seeking a Business Developer to expand its LOXEA mobility and vehicle‑rental services. Based in Lomé, the role is full‑time and focuses on identifying new B2B opportunities, qualifying client needs, and delivering tailored fleet and rental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities in the mobility sector.
• Prospect and engage corporate clients, presenting LOXEA’s vehicle‑rental and fleet‑management offerings.
• Qualify client requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their mobility needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research abilities to interpret market data and conduct prospecting studies.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills, with the ability to present offers convincingly.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, portfolio development, and prospect qualification.
• Solid background in commercial development and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of the automotive or mobility services industry, especially vehicle rental or fleet solutions, is an advantage.
• Fluency in French is essential; professional English is a plus.
