Coordinator of Volunteers

About the role

This part‑time remote position at Pnud Togo focuses on organizing and supporting volunteer engagement across various programs and initiatives. The Coordinator will plan and implement volunteer activities, manage schedules, and ensure clear communication with volunteers and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and guide volunteers.
• Plan and implement volunteer activities and manage volunteer schedules.
• Monitor volunteer performance and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and prepare brief reports on participation and impact.
• Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer needs and contribute to community outreach efforts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in community outreach and cultural sensitivity.
• Solid organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
