Country Director – Togo

About the role

MicroFinance Pro is seeking an entrepreneurial, well‑connected senior professional to serve as the Country Director for Togo. In this role you will be the public face of the company, driving growth, building strategic partnerships and expanding the adoption of our digital solutions for microfinance institutions and community‑based financial organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive country growth strategy, identifying market opportunities and setting expansion priorities.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitive analysis and strategic recommendations to the regional leadership team.
• Build and maintain relationships with microfinance institutions, cooperatives, fintech stakeholders, NGOs, development agencies and government regulators.
• Lead commercial discussions, support contract negotiations and manage a pipeline of high‑value institutional clients.
• Represent MicroFinance Pro at industry conferences, workshops and stakeholder meetings, acting as a trusted advisor to financial institutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in the financial services ecosystem of West Africa, preferably with a strong network of microfinance and cooperative contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement market entry or expansion strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills with a track record of securing strategic partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results‑oriented and capable of operating autonomously.
• Passion for financial inclusion and digital transformation.
