Field Engineer – Elevator Installation & Commissioning

About the role

We are seeking a Field Engineer to lead the installation, testing and commissioning of elevator systems for projects in Accra and Lome. The role ensures that all work meets technical specifications, safety standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and commission elevator systems across multiple project sites.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
• Conduct pre‑installation inspections and verify site readiness before work begins.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality and project delivery standards.

Required profile

• HND or B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience with elevator or MEP installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels and technical drawings.
• OEM elevator training certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site, at heights and across multiple locations.
