French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support to French‑ and English‑speaking customers through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions are documented.
• Log all interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm under pressure with a solution‑focused mindset.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
