French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the trusted voice for French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships with our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate support in both French and English across voice calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction in the support platform to maintain a complete service history.
• Share customer feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement of processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with strong communication skills.
• Reliable home office setup with a PC (i5 or higher), stable 25 Mbps internet, and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
