Human Resources & Office Manager

About the role

SICPA, a global leader in security inks, is seeking a Human Resources & Office Manager for its Togo entity. The role combines full‑cycle HR responsibilities with office administration support for the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and effective talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies to attract qualified candidates across Togo.
• Define, adapt, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with global standards and local regulations.
• Recommend and manage remuneration packages that align with local market conditions and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with SICPA’s HR team in Switzerland to ensure consistency while tailoring practices to the local context.
• Support managers on recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development plans.
• Ensure equity, fairness, and compliance in compensation, benefits, and overall HR practices.
• Monitor HR metrics, report on achievements, and liaise with national institutions such as social security agencies.
• Oversee the complete employee life‑cycle, including legal compliance and documentation.
• Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, manage office infrastructure, layout, and inventory of furniture and consumables.
• Handle reception duties, mail, visitor coordination, and employee requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, payroll, and policy implementation.
• Familiarity with local labor legislation and social security requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an international HR team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to support both HR and office functions.
