Junior Finance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Officer to join our finance team on an internship basis. You will support daily financial transactions, record‑keeping and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial transactions and maintain accurate registers.
• Prepare and update financial documents, including invoices, expense reports and financial statements.
• Perform bank statement reconciliations and reconcile client/supplier accounts.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support data entry and basic data analysis tasks.
• Help with monthly and annual financial close processes.
• Collaborate with team members on various finance projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Curiosity to learn and motivation to take on new challenges.
