Partnerships Manager – National Innovation Agency

About the role

The National Innovation Agency, established by the Ministry of Public Service Efficiency and Digital Transformation in Togo, is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead the development of strategic collaborations that will accelerate the country’s digital transformation agenda. You will work closely with government officials, private sector innovators, and international donors to build an ecosystem that supports entrepreneurship, digital talent, and technology‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with local and international organisations, tech firms, and development agencies.
• Coordinate with the Agency’s Tech Hub and municipal innovation pods to align partnership activities with national innovation strategy.
• Develop partnership proposals, memoranda of understanding and joint‑implementation plans.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring deliverables meet agreed outcomes.
• Represent the Agency at stakeholder meetings, conferences and public events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development or strategic alliance management, preferably in the public‑sector or innovation ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, entrepreneurship and technology‑driven development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; French is an asset.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel across Togo’s municipalities as needed.
