Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Specialist (P3) – Temporary Appointment

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Specialist (P‑3) on a temporary appointment in Lomé, Togo. The specialist will support an integrated programme by coordinating planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting activities, contributing to the country’s resource mobilisation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support oversight of work‑plan targets and financial components, ensuring synergy across programme sections.
• Organise and lead regular coordination meetings with programme teams to track progress and financial use.
• Consolidate, edit and finalise donor reports, briefing packs, factsheets and other resource‑mobilisation products.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities as defined in the work plan and prepare timely results reports.
• Provide technical support for annual, mid‑year, mid‑term and end‑term country programme reviews.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, public administration, economics).
• Experience in programme coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and donor reporting within an international organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to work under the supervision of senior staff and collaborate across multiple programme areas.
