Planning, Monitoring & Reporting Specialist (P3) – Temporary, Lomé

About the role

The Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Specialist will support UNICEF’s integrated programme in Lomé under the Deputy Representative’s supervision. This temporary P‑3 position focuses on coordinating programme planning, donor reporting and resource mobilisation to strengthen UNICEF’s impact in Togo.

Key responsibilities

• Support oversight of work‑plan targets and financial components, ensuring synergy across programme sections.
• Organise regular programme team meetings to track progress and financial use.
• Prepare, edit and finalise donor reports, briefing packs, factsheets and other fundraising materials in line with the country resource mobilisation strategy.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities, produce timely results reports and contribute to annual and mid‑term programme reviews.
• Coordinate synthesis of integrated project work to enhance political will and UNICEF’s credibility.
