About the role

We are looking for an analytical Product Manager to lead a high‑performing team responsible for the full product lifecycle, from strategy definition to market evaluation. The role involves close collaboration across functions to shape product roadmaps and uncover new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create business models and analyse the competitive environment.
• Develop and monitor data‑driven analytics to inform product decisions.
• Supervise team members, helping them achieve individual and collective goals.
• Design and maintain dashboards that track the performance of sold products.
• Implement launch and marketing strategies for the company’s product portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, engineering, or consulting.
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of digital product development processes.
