About the role

Cours Lumière, a reference school in Lomé and member of the Enko Education network, offers the French curriculum accredited by AEFE. The school is seeking qualified teachers for two early‑learning levels: CE1 (Cycle 2) and Toute Petite Section / Petite Section (TPS‑PS, Cycle 1). The successful candidates will join a multicultural, progressive environment that combines French academic rigor with an international African perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate teaching and learning activities for the assigned class.
• Monitor individual student progress and conduct regular assessments.
• Maintain a caring, stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary teaching team and contribute to school life.

Required profile

• Holder of a degree in education or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Previous experience in the French education system or an AEFE‑accredited school is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
• Open‑minded, adaptable to a multicultural setting, and committed to active, creative and compassionate pedagogy.
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent relational skills.
