Project Manager – Digital Agency

About the role

Digidop is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple web projects and client accounts. You will act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects progress on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage web projects from kickoff to launch, structuring phases, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading check‑ins, communicating status, and proactively addressing requests.
• Oversee recurring client accounts, centralising requests, monitoring retainer usage, and identifying new project opportunities.
• Coordinate designers, developers and experts, translating client needs into clear tasks and keeping the project management tool up‑to‑date.
• Ensure deliverable quality by applying QA checklists and reviewing all outputs before client delivery.
• Identify process friction points and propose improvements, including automation, AI, and new workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a digital or web agency.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, prioritisation and risk‑anticipation skills.
• Excellent client communication in French and professional‑level English.
• Autonomous, curious and committed to continuous improvement.
• Understanding of web project stages: UX, UI, development, QA and launch.
