Real Estate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager to join Rechain Global Togo’s retail team in Lomé. This full‑time, hybrid position will oversee the company’s boutique and commercial properties, ensuring they meet business and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and administer lease agreements for existing and new locations.
• Monitor occupancy costs, prepare budgets and financial reports related to real estate.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with landlords, vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts and property documentation.
• Identify and evaluate new site opportunities to support store expansion or relocation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in property management and lease administration, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
• Strong analytical and financial abilities to review lease terms and budget occupancy costs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on‑site duties in Lomé with remote tasks.
