Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat. You will provide friendly, empathetic assistance, helping customers track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues while representing our brand professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
