Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team at Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC. The role will drive complex financial analyses, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic insights that influence business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analyses and develop recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
• Prepare and distribute recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand forecasting, and supply chain finance processes.
• Conduct special financial studies and ad‑hoc analyses for leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including revenue, expense, service fee, and staffing forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance, explain variances, and identify cost trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and interpret financial and operational data.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to less‑experienced analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Financial modeling expertise.
• Experience with financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
