SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and optimise advertising spend to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists and optimise on‑page elements (meta tags, content, landing pages).
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Design, launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on ROI and cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse SEO and PPC performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Monitor competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript constraints is a plus.
