About the role

THESYMO Technologies is looking for a motivated Marketing and Communication Intern to join its team in Kohe. This full‑time, on‑site internship will give you hands‑on experience supporting the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and publishing content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct basic market research, gather competitor and customer insights, and prepare reports to inform strategy.
• Help coordinate events and promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑facing teams to align messaging.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular updates.
• Handle routine administrative tasks related to marketing projects.
• Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Foundational market‑research abilities and a keen interest in marketing strategy.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Good writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on‑site in Kohe.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Any experience with design or analytics tools is a plus.
