About the role
The Platform for Peace and Humanity is seeking a volunteer Graphics Designer to turn complex research and data into clear, visually engaging publications and social‑media content. This remote position supports the organization’s mission to promote international peace, justice and human rights.
Key responsibilities
- Create infographics, charts, and visual assets that simplify research findings.
- Design layouts for reports, newsletters, and online posts.
- Collaborate with researchers and communications staff to ensure visual consistency.
- Adapt designs for various digital platforms, maintaining accessibility standards.
- Update visual templates and maintain a library of graphic resources.
Required profile
- Early‑career graphic designer with a strong interest in human rights, peace and social justice.
- Enthusiastic about the organization’s vision and objectives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Commitment to a minimum 12‑month engagement, including a one‑month probationary period.
Required skills
- Graphic design fundamentals (composition, color theory, typography).
