Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn complex web data into clear, actionable insights. The role will support strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking, analysing user behaviour and delivering performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to spot optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
