About the role
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record‑keeping. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday during standard office hours.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, typing, copying, labeling, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing packets and materials for various HR initiatives and events.
- Provide information to supervisors and coworkers via phone, email, or in person.
- Support the front desk and handle additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High school diploma or GED.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
