Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance in French and English through chat and email.
• Answer questions about orders, resolve issues, and address general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Organised, reliable and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
