Egocentric Video Data Collector (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to record first‑person (egocentric) video footage of everyday activities. The captured videos will be used to train next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models and humanoid robots. The work is performed remotely using a head‑mounted smartphone or smart glasses.

Key responsibilities

• Wear a provided head strap or smart glasses and record raw POV video of routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing, or other household/workspace activities.
• Follow strict recording specifications, including stable lighting, landscape orientation, required resolution (1080p at 30/60 fps), and keeping hands visible while avoiding mirrors or other people’s faces.
• Upload unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within the agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips that do not meet framing or duration requirements.

Required profile

• Access to a modern smartphone with a high‑quality camera (1080p resolution, 30/60 fps).
• Suitable residential or workspace environment where you can perform and record daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical guidelines.
• Privacy‑conscious: ensure no faces, personal IDs, or sensitive data are captured.
• Self‑starter able to commit 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
