Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive awareness, leads and sign‑ups. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth channels, experiment rapidly and shape the company’s acquisition engine from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies across one or multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral, content, lifecycle).
• Generate qualified leads and drive user sign‑ups by building and optimizing funnels and landing pages.
• Run fast experiments on audiences, creatives, offers and funnels; scale successful tactics and discontinue under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on all metrics, turning data into clear actionable insights.

• Quick learner who can pick up new channels and tools rapidly.
• Strong desire to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and comfortable working without extensive supervision.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data attribution and performance analysis.

Required skills

• Experience with paid advertising platforms, SEO techniques, outbound outreach, content creation, lifecycle marketing or related growth channels.
