IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization’s IT systems. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
• Maintain high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize operations.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles.
• Strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
