Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning & Development Manager to lead employee growth in a fully remote environment. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning, and empower our global workforce to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level leaders and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
• Design engaging curricula, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops, and micro‑learning content for a distributed workforce.
• Own and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Manage the Learning Management System, ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive and properly tracked.
• Forecast, monitor and optimise the annual L&D budget; negotiate contracts with external vendors.
• Analyse training metrics, conduct skills audits and measure ROI, using learner feedback to refine offerings.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to create leadership development and career‑pathing frameworks that boost internal talent retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of L&D experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed setting.
• Proven ability to manage, coach and evaluate teams virtually.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies and instructional design.
• Excellent written, verbal and virtual presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with modern LMS platforms such as Docebo, Canvas or Absorb.
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
