Multi‑Skilled Digital Assistant (Lomé)

About the role

We are a faith‑based digital media company seeking a versatile Digital Assistant to support our fast‑growing international business. The role combines content creation, social‑media management, SEO, funnel optimisation and email marketing, all primarily in English.

Key responsibilities

• Centralise information and maintain dashboards in Google Workspace and Notion.
• Track KPIs such as traffic, leads, sales and conversions.
• Edit, optimise and schedule English content for Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Write marketing emails and perform basic keyword research for SEO support.
• Update sales funnels, monitor email performance and verify landing pages.
• Assist with product launches and provide temporary coverage for specialist roles (Pinterest/SEO, digital product creation, marketing support).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Digital, Communication or a related field.
• At least two years of proven experience in a similar multi‑functional digital role.
• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) – preferred over French.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely from Lomé and collaborating with an international team.
