Personal Banker Associate I – North Ave

About the role

The Personal Banker Associate I works in a Financial Center to deliver consultative banking services, identify customer financial needs, and drive growth through new household acquisition and deepening existing relationships. After a 4‑8 week onboarding program, you will be certified to perform the full duties of a Retail Personal Banker.

Key responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build comprehensive customer profiles.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of retail consumer and small‑business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverage CAMP and other marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule financial reviews.
• Cross‑sell to existing customers and participate in outside‑sales activities such as community events and business sales calls.
• Collaborate with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience, production goals, and revenue growth targets measured by the Financial Center P&L.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Representatives on sales and referral processes.
• Process teller transactions and support platform staff while adhering to risk policies.
