Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will use your language skills and empathy to turn frustration into satisfaction while working in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Gorgias).
• Experience using Shopify or similar e‑commerce tools.
• Basic computer skills; laptop/desktop with i5 processor or higher.
