Senior Executive, Land Management & Operations

About the role

The Senior Executive, Land Management & Operation works within the Tenancy, Licence and Land Management Division. You will join a dynamic team managing State land under SLA's purview, handling temporary occupation licences, site inspections and coordination with government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Address and attend to public feedback on land management and maintenance matters
• Consult and coordinate with Government agencies on proposals to use SLA-managed land
• Process the issuance of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs) for vacant SLA-managed land
• Liaise with licensees to ensure compliance with TOL terms and conditions
• Plan and conduct site inspections to ensure proper land maintenance and prevent unauthorised use
• Work with Government agencies, contractors and service providers to resolve municipal issues promptly
• Administer land and maintenance policies and process financial transactions related to TOL administration
• Verify land ownership and update land data records and other land-related information
• Contribute ideas to improve work processes through creative and innovative thinking

Required profile

• Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail, resourcefulness and a passion for service delivery
• Relevant background in Facilities, Estates or Environmental Management is advantageous but not required
• Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in TOL administration are welcome to apply
