Warehouse Officer – Regional Supply Chain

About the role

The Warehouse Officer will be the on‑ground custodian of Complete Farmer’s aggregation centre in the assigned region, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient loading and dispatch, and compliance with food‑safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, grading, storage and dispatch of commodities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels with finance and aggregation teams.
• Implement and enforce food‑safety, hygiene and quality‑control protocols.
• Oversee weighing, packaging and labelling to meet buyer and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and Supply Chain teams for timely pick‑ups and deliveries.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support full physical stock counts.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging maintenance as needed.
• Supervise warehouse staff and casual labour, ensuring compliance with labour, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in agricultural commodities or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a commodity‑trading or crop‑handling environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of farm and crop commodity storage, handling and quality‑control practices.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental standards for agricultural commodities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
