Assistant Comptable Qualifié (H/F)

About the role

The company FOX SECURITE SERVICES-TOGO, a private security provider in Lomé, is looking for a qualified Accounting Assistant to strengthen its accounting and administrative functions. The position involves handling the full cycle of general accounting, payroll, and statutory declarations using local online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger on Sage: data entry, account matching, and monitoring.
• Prepare monthly payroll and update the employer register.
• Prepare, submit and archive online social security (CNSS) declarations and related documentation.
• Prepare, file and pay online tax declarations (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax) with the tax authority (OTR) and keep all receipts.
• Track fiscal and social deadlines and liaise with OTR and CNSS.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Assist in year‑end closing, carry out adjustments for prior periods and ensure proper filing of supporting documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in accounting, taxation, finance or audit.
• At least three years of professional experience, including two years of autonomous online CNSS and OTR filings in Togo.
• Proven method for document archiving, high rigor and confidentiality.
