Bilingual Sales Specialist – English/French

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual Sales Specialist to join our team in Lomé. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the ceramics and building‑materials market across Togo.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and promotional strategies to inform sales decisions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, leading negotiations to close deals.
• Develop and execute tailored sales techniques and promotional plans.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate customer profiles.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management.
• Travel to Kpalimé and Atakpamé as required to support regional customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in ceramics or building‑materials.
• Proven B2B sales experience with retailers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative skills.
• Fluent French; English proficiency required; knowledge of Ewe is a plus.
