Clinical Development Coordinator

About the role

Northwest Specialty Hospital is looking for a detail‑oriented Clinical Development Coordinator to support employee learning and patient education programs. You will be the central point of contact for the Clinical Development department, ensuring smooth coordination of training sessions, patient classes, and related administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees, patients, instructors, physicians, and community partners.
• Coordinate scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, and communications for education programs.
• Contact patients to provide class information, reminders, and answer general questions.
• Prepare classrooms with supplies, equipment, audiovisual resources, and educational materials.
• Maintain training schedules, department resources, workflows, and reference materials.
• Collect, analyze, and report department data for compliance, operational improvements, and leadership decisions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for department leaders and committees.
• Monitor inventory and order educational and office supplies.
• Assist with front‑desk duties and basic building coordination.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer‑service orientation with compassion for patients and staff.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
