French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, live chat and email while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
