French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote‑first team as a Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
