French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will interact with customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally while contributing to a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, courteous support in both French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with order questions, general concerns, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce tools.
